Don't miss that appointment again! Outsourcing your calendar management needs is a great way to be sure that you never miss an appointment again or that you never overlap.

• Appointment Scheduling-Should you need to make an appointment with somebody, we will contact that person and schedule a time and place that is convenient for you and them and we will add that to your calendar

• Reminder Service-Should you have an appointment or engagement on any particular day, we will notify you 24 hours in advance (or the day of, depending on your needs)

• Confirm Appointments-Should you have an appointment, we will contact the other party 24 hours before the date to verify that the appointment is still ongoing.
