Would you like to be able to tell them "Call this number if anything happens to me, and they will be able to help you"?

You can provide us with instructions on what to do if you are injured, if you go out of business, if you end up incognito because your child is critically ill or if a natural disaster severs communication in your area.

We'll contact you once a week to make sure you are ok. If we cannot contact you for a period of 2 weeks, we'll implement your backup plan, whatever it is.

We can call your clients and notify them of their options, we can contact backup service providers to refer emergency work to them, or we can make sure that essential services stay turned on according to your instructions so your clients are not harmed by discontinuation of services that you provide which they depend on.

Whatever your business needs, we can assure that those needs are met if something happens to you. You'll have the backup you need to confidently tell your prospects that you have a plan, and that their needs will be met if something does happen to you.

Service Features

Services:

  • We keep a listing of your clients for notification in emergency, and will ONLY use it if your pre-defined circumstances occur.
  • We keep a list of your essential services along with information on how to keep them active if you cannot do so yourself.
  • We keep a listing of instructions from you, on what we need to do if you have an emergency, and we'll follow them if you do.
  • We keep a list of other providers whom we can refer your clients to for temp work, or emergency service. You let us know who you trust.
  • We check up on you once a week to see if you are answering calls or emails. If something goes wrong, we'll check with anyone you designate, before carrying out your contingency plan. If your business is more time sensitive, you can purchase a plan which provides for more frequent checkups.
  • We'll remind you once a month to update any information that has changed. You can make updates more frequently if your customer lists change frequently (additional fees apply).
  • We keep YOU in charge of your emergency plan, and only execute the plan if the circumstances you outline actually occur. Each plan is customized to the needs of the individual business owner.
  • We handle client calls in the event of emergency when you cannot be reached due to a covered situation. Other client calls will be billed at an hourly rate.
  • If we execute your contingency plan, we will carry out all steps in it at no additional charge. If you need confidential VA services to handle ongoing crisis management, we will charge for this at an hourly billing rate.
  • Additional contingency services may be added for an additional fee, if your needs are more extensive than average.

 

Limitations, Fees, and Options

Basic plan-$10/month:

Weekly Checkups
Storing up to 4 client lists
Sending reminder emails to keep your contact lists up to date
Contact one designated person who can handle things in the event something should happen that you are unable to perform duties

Professional Plan-$25/month:

Up to 4 client list or other detail updates allowed per month.
Weekly checkups.
We will handle client calls for emergency, or unavoidable situations only. We will not field calls for your clients simply because you neglected to inform them that you were going on vacation, or other situations where you could make arrangements. Non-emergency call service will be billed at an hourly rate.
Your contingency plan will be executed as you arrange. We are not liable for issues caused by failure on your part to keep the plan up to date.

Customized Plan-Varies

Due to the very nature of different industries and needs of businesses, we offer customized plans with an additional fee of $5-$50 per month.

Anything from more frequent contact to more extensive work to execute your plan.  Just send us an email or give us a call and we will see what your needs may be.
